Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor, is most well-known for his part in the television show 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. In college, he began to develop an interest in acting. While at his school, the University of Colorado at Boulder it was where he studied acting. Though he has been active on film and television it is his characters on the small screen that earned him a cult admirers. He's been able to effortlessly play roles of characters from both sides of the law to grab an audience's attention. He portrayed the role of a serial killer on the first TV series he appeared in but later went on to portray the character that of a NYPD detective. In recognition of his performance on tiny screens, he's been awarded numerous nominations for the prestigious Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. The striking blue eyes that can be said to help his look attractive. They've helped him convey the rough characters in an enthralling style. People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive 2006 featured the actor.
