Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor from America. Her most famous role is Skyler White on her role on the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 in the category of Outstanding supporting actress in a Drama Series. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn began acting as an elementary school student as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. Her family then moved to Ohio in the United States, where she nurtured her interest in the theatre. She attended theatre classes at Northwestern University and spent a year in the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago, working in theatre parts for a number of years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in movies and television shows. Anna received her breakthrough in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. Anna continued to be in film and television shows like Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others up to the late the 1990's. Anna was later placed in The Practice as Jean Ward. She starred as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons in the late 2000s. In 2008, she was picked as Skyler on Breaking Bad. Sully, the Deadwood film, and other movies included her. Gunn is also a part of the stages in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. In 2022 the actress also starred in a four-part audio-play podcast titled"Numbered Days. The story of Breaking Bad is dependent on the relationships with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The decline of their relationship is similar to Walter White's dying years.
