He studied acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. The characters he has played on television have gained him a lot of recognition. He is able to play both characters from the side of police officers and other. This is what has made him so popular. In his very first TV production, he played the role of a serial killer. Then, he played the role of an NYPD Investigator. Because of his portrayal in the small screen, he's won many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards.
